The Gulf of Riga The resort city of Jurmala is a unique city extending for more than thirty kilometres along the Riga Bay, to the northwest from Riga. Centre of Riga During a trip to Jurmala you will have a stroll along the flat seacoast, a chance to enjoy the walk along the central pedestrian Jomas Street on which you will find cafes and souvenir shops and feel the typical Jurmala atmosphere. Jomas Street is a centre street in Jurmala and is its heart. In the evening you will be able to take advantage of excellent opportunity visiting the famous Dzintary Concert Hall. It is the place for concert tour for singers and pop and rock-stars. The Dzintary Concert Hall is the romantic place for dating as well. The hall is placed on the open-air under a roof and surrounded with the green fence. Night sea breeze will become a cause of the begining of the romantic relationship. After the concert you will enjoy the walk along the beach to the hotel with your lady.

Baltic Ice The Jurmala is worth visiting even in winter. The soft sand of the beach sprinkled with snow, Riga Bay ice and the scream of sea-gulls together with the silence of nature around draws visitors to Jurmala during the winter also. The families with kids, young couples and senior are walking along the beach maditating and talking on topics evoked by the fresh baltic breeze, sound of the sea and fragrant zone of the pine.
